If you or anyone in your party has pollen allergies, please consider this before booking, as we cannot control natural elements. 👥 Communication is Key If you're booking on behalf of someone else or having someone else plan the event, we kindly ask that all involved parties be in communication with us. This helps avoid miscommunication and ensures a smooth experience for everyone. ⏰ Timeliness Matters Please arrive on time to make the most of your booking and keep everything running smoothly. 🎉 Decorations Our decoration service is available for $350. To bring your vision to life, please provide us with your ideas or inspiration in advance—we love getting creative! 💬 Feedback is Welcome If something isn’t to your liking, please speak up while we're face-to-face. We want to make your experience great and use your feedback to improve for future guests. NOTE: Tables/Chair are NOT included. The only chairs included are the egg chairs and chairs around the fire pit. All folding chairs and tables must be added in the add-on section of your booking. We have hired Busy Moms Too Busy to clean and disinfect the area between bookings. If more time is needed we will inform guest of cleaning delay.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
