About the Space
3403 S Flores was once a grocery store. It’s currently a large open space that can be used for anything you wish, photo shoots, meetings, parties etc. The space consists of one large open space, 2500 square feet, two restrooms and a back yard. The entire downstairs is open for you to use as you wish. I do request that you clean up after yourself. A cleaning fee will apply for all day events.

The space and restrooms and throughly cleaned in between bookings. The space is not occupied on a regular basis.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
