Our open loft layout provides three separate studio spaces, adaptable to your unique content creation and meeting requirements. Additionally, our space is equipped with three TVs and a 120-inch projector screen, perfect for showcasing logos, presentations, music videos, and more—these amenities come included with each booking. For your convenience, we have a fully equipped kitchenette area featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, snacks, water sink, and an air fryer. Our space is accessible to all bookings and spans a generous 2,000 square feet, providing ample room for your creative endeavors.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Studios are thoroughly disinfected every morning and night by staff. Staff also completes full disinfecting routine before and after every session. Mask are encouraged in shared spaces. Hand sanitizer and mask available for guests at front desk.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
