Clean, Modern, Natural Light Filled Home in Costa Mesa

Our space is modern, minimalist. The main space includes the living area and kitchen. The ceilings are high. The living room/kitchen has an accordion glass bifold door that opens to the backyard to create an indoor/outdoor space. You are able to photograph/film in the backyard, main living room/kitchen area and master bedroom/bath (wood looking tile). You can also film in guest bath or kids bath upon request. The master is on the main floor along with the guest bath (single sink). The kids bath is upstairs (large, long double vanity with bright shower curtain). The kids rooms have just been redone (see photos). Please reach out with questions. If you want to use all spaces, we ask you book a full 8 hours. But we are happy to do less if you have a more focused area you want to shoot in (ie, just bathrooms, just main living/dining, just backyard). We are open to multiple day shoots (or multiple weeks, ha), re-occurring filming, etc.
