About the Space

Welcome to Psychic Arches - a sprawling, expansive 4700 sq ft spanish style villa surrounded by an additional 3000 sq ft of covered patio, infinity mirror room, and 10 acres of mojave desert land. The house has been described as a Pablo Escobar feeling mansion mixed with a psychedelic desert cult house… a perfect backdrop for unique photo-shoots or avant film production. In addition, the adjacent property which we also own features a “bone-yard” with rusty construction materials, some ghost-like sheds which have been battered by the wind and sun, and even an old semi-truck trailer. “The Tesseract” is a fully mirrored room in our Casita building. All surfaces are mirrored creating an infinity light effect in every direction. Additionally each of the twelve edges of the cubed room are made of addressable LED lights which are RGB programmable and can do various animations. This room is available by special request only, so please let us know if you’d like to use it. PROHIBITED ITEMS DJ equipment and PA speakers are prohibited without prior written approval. Additionally, the following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property; you will be charged a cleaning fee if found in violation of this rule. - Candles - Incendiary Devices - Confetti - Glitter - Paint SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There are designated smoking areas outside with receptacles. Please do not discard cigarettes on the ground. NOISE Be considerate of the neighbors and keep music and voices at a respectful volume. There is a county-wide noise ordinance of no amplified music or loud noises after 10pm. DRONES You may fly a drone on the property, but never into neighboring properties. FURNITURE Please do not take furniture from inside the house and use it outside. If for some reason you decide to rearrange any of the furniture, you are responsible for returning it to where it was located when you arrived. Our cleaners are unable to move heavy furniture. If you do move furniture, please lift rather than drag heavy items so as not to damage the floors.
