Pool in big huge backyard minutes from downtown and everywhere else

There is street parking but it is full at times. If that’s case, the alley adjacent to the house offers plenty of space for 4 cars and is next to the side gate for the backyard.

Ground Floor

Please place all trash in the cans provided. No glass bottles in the pool or on the pool deck. Containers not containing glass are perfectly fine. NO DIVING INTO THE POOL. Parties are approved on a case by case basis. No smoking including marijuana. No elicit drug use. My dogs have a separate part of the yard, completely blocked off, please do not bother them. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please don’t pee in the pool. The small, silver key is for the lock to the Port-a-John. There is a secured and private Port-a-John with a handwashing station outside the north gate to the right. Please lock the Port-a-John when not in use. Please put all pool toys back in the bin provided when you leave. Please ensure that all locks and gates are closed and secured when you leave. The locks must be secured with the key. Furniture can be moved as long as it’s returned to its original location and free from damage. If you break it, you must replace it. Please remove and dispose of all decorations properly.
