Industrial loft-style showroom filled with vintage mid-century modern furniture

About us: We are MidMod Decor, a mother and son family business. We buy, sell, and restore vintage Mid-Century Modern furniture and home goods. We do carry different styles of Vintage Mid Century Furniture, but you will find that our emphasis more on Scandinavian and Danish Modern furniture. Our inventory is always changing as, things sell and get restored in our adjacent workshop. So this means the exact furniture you see in these photos may not be available when you rent our space. Contact us for photos of current inventory. The Space: We are in the oldest building (built in 1900) that is part of a complex called Wyncote Commons. The showroom itself is approximately 3000 sq/ft with 16 foot high ceilings and painted concrete floors. The space has lots of natural light, exposed brick walls and large white drywall walls. The space is fully conditioned and has two bathrooms attached with a small kitchenette. The space is offered as-is, with our inventory available for your use, If you are in need of more floor space, you are welcome to re-arrange the space as needed. Please note that our back workshop area (not picuted here) will be off limits. Important: Sound does travel between our space and our neighbors on the floor above and next door. There is also a train tracks 400ft away at a railroad crossing. You do hear the train horns as they cross.
