About the Space

Immerse yourself in a world of creativity at our dreamy multi-use production/event space located in the heart of Downtown LA's Fashion District. Unique set designs and natural light come together to form an elevated production/event experience. With our versatile themed sets, dramatic early-morning light from the tall loft windows, modern geometric cut-out shapes, stairs and white tile stages that create a dreamscape vibe, your event atmosphere will be enriched and leave the guests feeling inspired! *We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the studio as well as our hospitality!* This historic building was built in 1927 and is kept up to date interiorly. It's perfectly maintained, clean and safe with a security guard always in the lobby. This space would be great for events ranging from fashion, charity, launches, art galleries, workshops, book signings, fundraising, networking, to yoga /fitness influencer workshops, classes, brand deals, meditation sessions, and sound baths. We are not great for actual parties as no alcohol is allowed and noise level must be mindful for our neighbors.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
