Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our meticulous cleaning process ensures the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. After each event, our dedicated cleaning team conducts a thorough sweep of the entire space. This includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, wiping down surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Restrooms are sanitized and restocked with fresh supplies. Trash bins are emptied and lined for the next use. Any additional cleaning requirements, such as spills or specific areas, are promptly addressed. We take pride in providing a spotless and welcoming environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
