Casa Studios is a modern, versatile venue in the heart of Surfside, designed for gatherings with intention and style. Our space includes: A large LED wall and professional lighting for impressive visual presentations or performances. Flexible seating layouts for theater, panel, or cocktail setups. Capacity: Up to 100 guests for cocktail-style events without tables or chairs, and 70 guests comfortably with tables and chairs A contemporary lounge-style entrance, perfect for check-ins, networking, or light catering. On-site parking (approx. 30 spots – a true advantage in the area!). Optional add-ons: streaming equipment, wireless mics, changing room, tech operator, and more. Casa Studios has hosted everything from inspirational talks and acoustic sessions to corporate celebrations and creative brand experiences. We don’t host nightclub-style parties, but we love collaborating on events that bring people together through art, music, and meaningful moments. The hourly rate includes the auditorium, basic sound system, 2 wireless microphones, and fixed stage lighting. Minimum booking: 4 hours (no exceptions). Please note: LED wall, live band sound setup, instruments, and cameras are not included in the hourly rate. A room operator ($200) is mandatory and must be added as a separate service.
