Studio 3 (13.3x10.3 Sq feet) Great for boudoir INVENTORY Variety of sofas, Modern and Antique chairs, French vintage style bench, Modern bench, Stools, Kids chairs, area rugs, real and artificial plants, and styling pieces. Full bed with white bedding. Props & Seasonal decorations. Client closets and baby props.

Health and Safety Measures

You must take good care of and not damage, waste or make any changes to the Space or space leased or owned by the Host of which the Space is a part (the “Host Area”), or the Building.  You shall not alter, add, replace, remove or damage any furnishings, equipment or other personal property located in, on or around the Space, the Shared Facilities, the Host Area or the Common Areas which is not owned by you or your Invitees ("Host Personal Property"). At the end of the Term, you must leave the Space and all Host Property to the Host in good condition. If any damage to the Space or the Host’s property should occur while in your care, custody or control, you agree to pay reasonable repair/replacement costs and to notify the Host immediately upon discovery of such damage occurring, but no later than 8 hours later. You are liable for any damage caused by you or your Invitees to the Space, the Shared Facilities, the Common Areas, the Host Personal Property or the Building. Pet in Studio Must Bring Lint Roller + Hand-Vac - 15 min to clean floors/lint roll furniture +15 minutes @ $50.00 Clean up after yourself and return any moved furniture in original location. Failure to do so will result in a separate $100 studio reset fee. No confetti (except 1+ inch tissue confetti). No glitter. Cake smashes allowed but must bring own cleaning supplies and trash bag to remove all traces of consumables and trash must be taken to outside dumpster.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
