About the Space
Welcome to Vilano Beach Villa, my family’s beach home. This house is a short 2 minute walk to Vilano Beach and 5 min walk to Publix, shops and restaurants. It’s also a 10 minute drive from downtown St Augustine. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities for a great event. With 2 fully stocked kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two ample sofas the house is perfect for a any celebration, networking event, or photo shoot. Enjoy spectacular sunrises on the beach or sunsets on our deck facing the marsh. This house is spacious so everyone can have fun and enjoy their time there! There’s a beautiful oak tree that hangs over the outside deck, which overlooks the marsh, the perfect location for a photo shoot. The amount of people allowed per event is firm. We cannot exceed occupancy per county rules.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
