About the Space

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OUR RULES BEFORE BOOKING. The space has been designed with tasteful iconic vintage and mid-century furniture. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. No dirty shoes are allowed on the backdrops AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM), the passenger elevator works 24/7. Building working hours 24/7 The building is located near many parking lots and the prices are ~$10 cash per day. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time not to receive any tickets. The chandeliers are not adjustable. The chandeliers are currently at 6’2” and 5’3” height. It's possible to adjust the height of the chandeliers for an extra fee and if you let me know in advance. PERFECT FOR Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Social Media Content Creators, Commercial and Print Photography, Product Shots, Interviews, Fitness, Podcast, Photoshoots and Videos, Apparel Shoots, Headshots, Lingerie Shoots, Filming, TV series etc. REMINDER: your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all FURNITURE is placed in its original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you $50 now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged at 30-minute intervals. SECURITY CAMERAS: *We do have a camera on the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace asks for proof of the above. Please note YOUR GUESTS COUNT when you book and book accordingly per tier, if your guest count goes beyond the tier amount, you will incur upper-tier pricing
