This cottage is a home of wonder and craftsmanship. A completely unique artistic cabin where endless possibilities for interpretation exist for filming, photoshoots, etc. It's quiet, surrounded by oak trees and set back from the road on a 13 acre property. Babbling boulder creeks, dirt roads, trails and mountains are also available on the property, providing many more usable spaces and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and Woodland Hills, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. The space is nestled under giant oak trees. It has a loft bedroom upstairs with lots of windows and a luxurious queen bed. Downstairs is a living room with lots of wooden windows. The cottage features a handcrafted bathroom with cedar walls and a large green marble bathtub. The living room has a very rustic looking handmade stone floor. Additionally on the property we have a stone house with a fireplace which is over 100 years old, and holding spaces available with power. The property has lots of parking. There are over 100 oak trees with sculpted rock streams covered with a total canopy of green. If you need a rustic and forested location this is the place. We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place.
