Hotel Residential of Denver offers its guests a choice of (2) modern lofts for use as lodging accommodations, workspace, and/or photo/video production space. Pricing listed on this site is for hourly use. If lodging is needed please inquire for pricing. This listing is for Suite № 2 of 2 and has a sleeping capacity of 14 adult guests. If a larger capacity is needed, these two private units can be rented in tandem to comfortably sleep 28. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I used this beautiful loft for a product lifestyle photoshoot and it was exactly what we needed! The place was clean, offered many different looks we could utilize, and the place accommodated everyone nicely. Everyone kept oohing and aahing over the toilet haha. Rooftop is definitely a great highlight! Jon was responsive and very welcoming, would highly recommend anyone who's considering this place. It's a couple of blocks from Coors Field and has many restaurants nearby as well.

Great host, great experience. We used the space for filming and it was very quiet, super clean, and our host was super attentive and quick to respond. We can see based on the location how it would be a fun rental as well. Would happily book again!

This space was absolutely stunning, and Jon was a wonderful host! Extremely friendly, welcoming, and communicative. There were so many small details and nice touches in the interior, and looked beautiful even before we set up the lights. It worked out perfectly for our production, and we would absolutely book this space again! Thank you, Jon, for your kindness!
