This 1560 square foot studio with 9 foot ceilings has a sleek modern design and everything photographers and videographers need to impress clients. MORE ABOUT THE SPACE: There are 4 shooting bays, 1 for full body, 1 for beauty/headshots, one for our included hand painted canvas/fabric backdrops, and a station for product photography. Included also is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, bar style seating, a grass wall, lounge seating, and much more. Pamper your clients in our gorgeous beauty room and have them dress to the nines in the wardrobe room with full size mirrors and rolling racks for your stylist. 2 couches are also included in the space. MORE ABOUT EQUIPMENT RENTAL: Don't have gear or don't want to lug it around? We have you covered. We have 7 total lights, every modifier you can think of, rolling c stands, v flats, specialty props, and anything else you can think of. If you need something specific, just reach out. ***Equipment and seamless paper is NOT included in the base rental but can be added on for a low flat fee.*** (NO THE WHITE PAPER IN THE PHOTO IS NOT INCLUDED)

Leave the space as you found it. All trash disposed of, spills cleaned, etc. Gear must be broken down and returned to host if rented. Seamless paper must be rerolled and taped if rented. Please clean all surfaces including the makeup room that you have interacted with. Excess mess and uncleaned surfaces can result in a penalty up to $100
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
