This gated courtyard can host your next huge event! This outdoor space can provide all the space you need to host your private concert or big family reunion. This 10,000 square foot courtyard is outfitted with everything you need for an unforgettable party: as an add on we can provide a giant LED screen for movies under the stars, professional sound and light equipment for live music, yard games, snow cones and popcorn machines, a full bar, and picnic tables. The rental includes the use of 15, 60” round tables, 18 picnic tables, 100 garden chairs, yard games. Additional event equipment and services available on request.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned thoroughly by our facility custodian. All trash is taken out and event materials are taken out and put back in their place. Surfaces that are touched frequently are cleaned and disinfected. Gravel is evened out once again.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
