About the Space
Our space is a commercial recording studio with world class equipment located near downtown Tacoma, WA . We can facilitate large groups up to 75 people for audio and video production with our in house staff and guests are welcome to bring in their own producers and engineers. While put together with multiple isolation rooms and a large 36'X24' main live room for recording, the facility also has a large sound system for production rehearsals, audio, video, and data lines running every direction as well as an installed projection system and a 100" screen that can be used for video displays, presentations, or band logos during video shoots. Aside from recording, rehearsal services and CD duplication, we have also assisted with many music video shoots, acoustic unplugged live performances with as many as 75 attendees, live stream music events, online Yogo classes, choir recordings, etc.

We will have the property cleaned up at all times and we expect our guests will respect the nice place we have and pick up after themselves. There will be a $100 cleaning fee that you will be charged by our cleaning people for scrubbing everything down after your event. Please use provided trash cans for garbage.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
