About the Space
The Water Wheel is an A-Frame house located on a private gravel road in a wooded setting. We are located in a remote area between Asheville NC and Gatlinburg TN. There are mountain views from the front deck. The cabin would be perfect for small parties, gatherings or photo shoots. It is on a private remote road so it is very quiet. There are occasionally cars or delivery vehicles that drive by. There are also occasional horses or dogs in the area.

General Rules
No smoking in the house or on the deck. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Guests must follow safety rules if using the sauna, hot tub or ladder stairs. No food of any kind in the hot tub or sauna. Guests to the house should not take anything from the storage closet, linen bags or anything marked for cleaning crew only. No glitter. No pets of any kind.

Furniture can be rearranged but not removed from the house.

We have one ring stick up camera located at the front door.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each group of guests. Our cleaning crew sanitizes all areas thoroughly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
