About the Space

This 8-acre lot has the capacity to fit the need of wellness retreats, meetings, events, photoshoots & small filming projects. The main building at the top of the property is 3 stories with 2 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Additionally, there are four 1 BR, 1 Bath homes that are currently under construction. From serene suites designed for comfort and relaxation, to the water sounds throughout the property, and walking paths through the trees. Every element inside the facility and out has been thoughtfully curated to provide you with a space to have a peaceful and fulfilling experience. *Disclaimer: We are a birth center. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
