About the Space
This midcentury piece of history originally belonged to the famous midcentury architect, Robert Rummer as his primary residence. It is a uniquely built Rummer home that spares no expense. Feel at home with heated cork floors, a cozy living room fireplace, and a 6 person sunken hot tub situated in a Japanese inspired garden. This midcentury architectural divine space includes floor to ceiling windows, exposed pickled cedar wood ceilings, sunken roman bath tub, open concept kitchen and dining area with original finishes throughout. Perfect space for photo shoots, elevated business meetings, music videos, or even a fancy meal with friends. It's sure to impress.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

It is a fun house with great mid- century ambiance. Hosted a company buffett dinner event. Added bonud.. Lovely digital piano is there so hired a piano player to entertain us too. Nice covered patio area too.
