About the Space

We live in a vibrant Royal Oak neighborhood with easy street and driveway parking, Our house has a bright open floor plan with open dining room, kitchen and living room with lots of room for video equipment. There is also access to an office, garage for easy storage of equipment and a fenced in backyard with furniture. We have hosted GM & Ford for video productions on our garage, driveway and inside the house. Our decor is modern and warm.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Christine was an amazing host! She was super communicative and quick to respond to all of my questions. The space was exactly as described and perfect for our video shoot. Plenty of parking and space for all of our equipment. Overall a great experience and Christine will be the first person I reach out to if I need a home location in Detroit in the future.
