Four cars can fit easily in the driveway. Street Parking is available and easily accessible alongside a side street.
General Rules
Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your use, so relax and enjoy. However, guests will only have full access to the common areas on the upper level of the home (excluding bedrooms).
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a non-smoking property. If evidence of smoke/vape (smell, butts, and ashes) is inside and if there is smoking trash left outside there will be a fine.
This home is not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. For guests with service dogs who cannot find other accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for an area rug or furniture cleaning afterward.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
