About the Space
Welcome to our cozy, inspiring studio—an ideal space for hosting intimate events. Whether you’re planning a workshop, small gathering, networking event, wellness session, or creative meetup, this versatile room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that can be easily customized to fit your needs. The space features easy-to-move nesting tables and stools that comfortably seat up to 14, or they can be tucked away to create an open floor plan for mingling or activities. For your convenience, there’s a small refrigerator, microwave, and a private restroom available. Please note: Our studio is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator access.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My experience with this space was delightful! It was clean and organized upon my arrival, which made it easier for me to set up. They allow you to decorate the space, as long as you leave it the way you came in of course. My favorite part about renting a studio is when the owners allow you the freedom of making it your own just for those few hours and give you that time & space without hovering over you, which is what they did! Thank you & I will definitely be booking again!

It was a pleasure working with Angie and Beth. They were ver friendly, informative and accomodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything for my class. The space was just the perfect size for my cake class. Everyone loved the space and the cleanliness. I will definitely book again.
