Each room is creatively decorated with a unique tree theme that's unlike any other. The house boasts a woodsy motif throughout, with thick dark walnut trim and forest-green (original) wood floors. The 1,500-square-foot home, built in 1924, continues to offer the unique character of its age while providing visitors with unique touches including log pillows, tree-stump candle holders, gold accents throughout the house, and even a life-size paper mache tree with leaves that umbrella the loft area! This space offers plenty of daylight and is perfect for fun photo shoots, small to medium productions, and a small meeting space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
