We are offering a unique productions space in Ventura. A fusion of industrial aesthetics set in a revamped machine shoppe just off the Avenue. Boasting Golden afternoon light, parking for up to 20 vehicles, and a compact kitchen for catering set up, our location ensures convenience for the entire crew. We also provide an array of production gear, authentic beach props, and expendables available for immediate rental. If considering a beach shoot or a location near by, this spot also serves as an optimal base camp.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Safety and health are a top priority. We throughly clean and disinfect the space after each shoot and provide luxury hand soaps to encourage cleanliness for our guests. Masks and disinfecting wipes can be provided when requested.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
