About the Space
Host your child's birthday party, school event, or baby shower at our fabulous space! We offer a big open community room/classroom suitable for 80 guests inside and room for more outside on the patio and lawn. Our tables and chairs are available for you to use and arrange to fit your needs. The Community room/Classroom is connected to large commercial kitchen, equipped with all you need for your caterer or preparing food yourself. The rental price includes use of playroom, fenced in playground with sandbox, redwood shaded picnic tables, and a huge yard. There's also room and hookups for bounce house adjacent to playground. This is great space for kids, and your family and friends to feel right at home!

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is my 2nd year throwing my daughter’s birthday party. The space is well maintain and cleaned. I am so glad that we have the opportunity to use the playground with the children.

This was a great place for a younger kids birthday party! The playground and play room were a plus to have. Michelle and Mike were great! Communication was easy. Overall the kitchen could have been a little more organized and clean. I would rebook again for the future.

Michelle was so sweet & helpful. This space was perfect for my sons 5th birthday! We had about 60-70 guests and it was absolutely beautiful! We had a jumpy in the back, the kids loved the playground, we had a piñata & the indoor space was perfect for food & decorations. Michael was also helpful with opening & closing the event. Would love to have more events here in the future. Thank you!

The space was equipped with everything we needed to host a baby shower for friends and family. The children’s play structure was a great addition and kept the young guests entertained. I only wish there had been a bit more written instructions for the use amenities. It took a bit of searching around to find certain things we needed around the kitchen. Overall would definitely book here again and the host was super easy to work with and responsive with communications.

This was such a great property for our toddler’s 4th bday party. The trees provided adequate shade, we enjoyed the beautiful green space, kids had a playground, everything was just perfect. Good planning and coordination too. Thank you.

Wonderful place to book any event, truly a kid friendly space, all the kids had fun at my baby shower, also Michelle and Mike made things so easy for us and accommodates to anything possible
