About 15 cars are able to park in the driveway

- No outdoor speakers / sound amplification whatsoever. - Keep outdoor noise to conversational level before 10pm and to a minimum after 10pm. - There shall not be smoking inside of or in front of the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. - Parking is provided in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street. - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - Events are prohibited. - Non overnight guests must be pre-approved in writing by the host. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately (no refund). Guests will also be liable for any subsequent fines from the local authorities. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately (no refund). - Landscapers, pool technicians, and maintenance will enter the grounds for their scheduled rounds. - Pool equipment is expensive and highly sensitive machinery – please do not touch or tamper with it other than the remote control(s), which control the spa. Unauthorized access to the pool equipment carries a $500 charge payable by the renter. - Our security team carries out nightly perimeter checks. If noise levels are an issue, or there is a need to alert you to any other matter, they will attempt to contact you by phone. If you are not reachable, they will enter the property and immediately identify themselves by their name and their role with Walker Land Company.
