Parking description

On the front of the house, their is a blue cone. That will be your personal parking spot for you. They're also plenty of street parking on either "Servia Dr" or "Festividad Dr".

General Rules

Smoking is prohibited. (vaping is the only exception). Outside catering is allowed, but guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Alcohol is permitted, but responsible consumption is expected. After 9pm, please maintain a low volume for all music and activities. Every guest is required to pick up after themselves diligently. Keeping our space clean is paramount.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are on 24/7 located on top of the complex across from the white gate. Although, in our "cabin", we do not have cameras. For your personal reasonings, if needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

After every booking, we clean the areas as necessary.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
