You will find a relaxing living room area off the kitchen with a large sectional and chairs with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable, Netflix, and Sonos. There is an elegant formal dining room as you enter the double front doors on the right side across from the private office which can be used for work. Fast WIFI throughout the house also. Across from the formal dining room is the private office dedicated workspace which has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and Netflix, entertainment center, comfortable reclining chair, end table, and desk/credenza, multifunctional printer and phone. There is an elegant sunroom that leads out to the amazing outdoor entertaining area with ample seating. Refreshing inground heated pool, hot tub, Weber barbeque, 2 outdoor heaters, and a large extendable table with chairs on the large back sun deck. Additional outdoor seating is also available outside and under the front covered porch. Lastly there are 2 half bathrooms on the first floor, one to the right side off the foyer area when you enter from the 4-car temperature controlled garage and one located in between the living room and office.
