We're keeping the studio open for our clients and we want to assure you that the safety of our renters and their clients is paramount to us at The Studio Hampton Roads. As always, there is only one photographer on site at a time, making The Studio a safe space without too much outside interaction. In an attempt to ensure the studio is sanitized and clean before each renter, we are asking each renter to wipe down surfaces they have touched with provided disinfectant prior to exiting The Studio. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
