The Company will provide, at no additional cost to the Client, the following:
3 birch wood drop-leaf tables that seat 6 people each (can be folded and put away)
18 white, wood folding chairs (seated events can seat up to 18, the space itself has a capacity of 30)
(2) wifi speakers
Wifi access
Air conditioning and heating
Private restroom
Public restroom within the shopping center with key access
Dumpster for trash removal (no more than 4 trash bags)
Nespresso, electric tea kettle, and filtered water
Biodegradable cups for hot and cold beverages, ceramic coffee mugs, other kitchen items including platters and bowls
Access to mini-refrigerator

There is a parking lot with two free hours validation and nearby metered and non-metered street parking, as well as public parking lots.
