General Rules
(a) Booking is for the Sound Stage space only. No other areas of the building in which the Sound
Stage is located may be used except for necessary entry and exit. (b) MDC values an inclusive workspace that fosters equity and respect; this agreement may be terminated immediately by MDC if any Client behavior demonstrably contradicts these expectations; (c) the Sound Stage is provided on an as-is, where-is basis, subject to any particulars agreed in advance; (d) Client shall not make any changes to the leased premises, including by hanging any materials, or affixing anything to the floor, walls or ceiling; (e) Client shall leave the premises as it found it, and shall clean or repair
premises and MDC equipment to do so; (f) Sound Stage is to be used for musical rehearsals and performances, and comparable work, only; no other uses are permitted.

MDC Music Studios prioritizes security and guest access, boasting a comprehensive surveillance system with cameras and advanced security measures. Additionally, we offer the possibility of sharing behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage upon request. Your safety and experience are our top concerns.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Pre-Session Inspection: Before each session, our staff conducts a thorough inspection of the soundstage to ensure it is clean and equipment is in working order.
Equipment Cleaning: All equipment used during the session, including microphones, instruments, and audiovisual gear, must be wiped down and returned to their designated storage areas.
Floor and Surface Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping the floor is essential to remove dust and debris. Surfaces, including tables and countertops, should be wiped down and sanitized.
Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Do not leave trash inside the soundstage or in common areas.
Restroom Maintenance: If restroom facilities are used, ensure they are left clean and in good condition. Report any issues to management promptly.
Common Areas: If you used common areas such as lounges, kitchens, or waiting areas, please clean up after yourself, including dishes, utensils, and any spilled food or drink.
Specialized Cleaning: For specialized equipment or sets, follow any additional cleaning instructions provided by our staff.
Final Inspection: After your session, a member of our staff will conduct a final inspection to ensure the soundstage is left in a clean and orderly condition.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
