About the Space
Designed by Terry Medwedyk of Group One Acoustics Inc., the room has been fine tuned to deliver the most honest auditory experience. It delivers an immersive analog recording experience, allowing you to record up to 32 analog audio tracks simultaneously and sculpt your sound with immediate access to analog outboard gear. Transition seamlessly to digital with full in-the-box production as well as pulling in from the Soundstage and the upstairs VIP lounge. Our various DAWs will accommodate your level of familiarity and comfort as well as provide a Pro Tools-based cloud collaboration and dedicated LAN link bring your analog creations into the digital age from anywhere in the world. Plus, it’s a hub for robust audio and video podcast production and fixed BTS video shoots.

General Rules
Booking Process: Reservations must be made in advance through our booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Payment: Full payment must be made prior to your scheduled booking. No exceptions.
Timely Arrival: Arrive punctually for your scheduled session to maximize your allocated time. Early access may incur additional charges.
Equipment Use: Only approved equipment is allowed on the soundstage. Any additional equipment brought in must be pre-approved.
Sound Levels: Keep noise levels within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing neighboring studios and facilities.
Cleanliness: Leave the soundstage in the same condition as you found it. Clean up all equipment, props, and personal items after your session.
Security Measures: Follow security protocols, including badge access and supervision, to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the soundstage and within 25 feet of the building. Use designated smoking areas.
Capacity Limits: Adhere to the specified capacity limit of 287 people. Exceeding this limit is not allowed for safety reasons.

Health and Safety Measures
Pre-Session Inspection: Before each session, our staff conducts a thorough inspection of the soundstage to ensure it is clean and equipment is in working order.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for cleaning up any mess created during their session. This includes removing all personal items, trash, and equipment.
Equipment Cleaning: All equipment used during the session, including microphones, instruments, and audiovisual gear, must be wiped down and returned to their designated storage areas.
Floor and Surface Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping the floor is essential to remove dust and debris. Surfaces, including tables and countertops, should be wiped down and sanitized.
Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Do not leave trash inside the soundstage or in common areas.
Restroom Maintenance: If restroom facilities are used, ensure they are left clean and in good condition. Report any issues to management promptly.
Common Areas: If you used common areas such as lounges, kitchens, or waiting areas, please clean up after yourself, including dishes, utensils, and any spilled food or drink.
Specialized Cleaning: For specialized equipment or sets, follow any additional cleaning instructions provided by our staff.
COVID-19 Protocols: If applicable, follow any specific COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation protocols in place at the time of your session.
Final Inspection: After your session, a member of our staff will conduct a final inspection to ensure the soundstage is left in a clean and orderly condition.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
