Serene country house with a creek and forest view

Located in the town of Conesville / Gilboa (settled in 1764 and established in 1836) in Upstate NY, there is plenty of activities available near the property. State Parks, Hiking Trails, Ski Mountains, Farms, Water Parks, Breweries, Cideries, Waterfalls, Caverns, Museums, all within a 10min to 30min radius. The house has a detached garage that has been converted into a game room, with arcade machines, pool table, foosball and a projector have been added for entertainment with friends and family. There is also a hot tub for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. I live in NYC and always appreciate being able to be in nature within a few hours and disconnect...or work remotely while appreciating the beauty of it all (we have high speed Starlink internet available). There is a creek running through the property, and you can enjoy the view from the deck with a coffee cup in the mornings, or sip some hot beverage at night next to the fire pit while listening to the sound of the creek and nature. New York State has a lot to offer all year long and my hope is that people can have a cozy place to stay and enjoy a friends and family getaway. The house and garage make the house about 2100sq/ft, but the lot is 1.5 acres that are also available for use. The unit has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed for children, the other three are for adults. There are sofas that can be converted into beds for two additional guests (max 10, extra fees for these two additional guests), if needed. The detached garage is now a game room so it's off limits for cars. However, there is plenty of space on the property to park as many cars as necessary. You do need a car (4 wheel drive preferred in the winter time), no public transportation options available.
