Available Parking Options: 7 car driveway: There is space for up to 7 cars to park in the driveway of the property. Street parking: Additional parking is available on the street in front of the property. 100 meters: There is plenty of parking available in a plaza located only 100 meters away from the property. This is a convenient option for guests or overflow parking. Overall, there are ample parking options for visitors and residents in the area.

Pool Rules and Guidelines Safety and Supervision: • Supervision: Always supervise children at all times. For added safety, we can arrange a private lifeguard for $50/hr. • Swim Diapers: Babies must wear swim diapers, not regular ones. • Pool Safety: No glass, running, or food/drinks are permitted in the pool area. Guest Etiquette • Guest Limit: Do not exceed the maximum guest limit. Please update your guest count via the app. Accurate numbers are required for insurance compliance. • Punctuality: Arrive on time and leave on time. Overtime charges may apply. • Special Requests: Adjustments to guest count or extended hours can be accommodated on an individual basis. Noise and Music • Noise Levels: Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect our neighbors. • Music and Sound Equipment: External sound equipment is not permitted. However, we offer portable speakers for rent. Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. Alcohol and Ticket Policies • Alcohol: Alcohol is prohibited unless approved by the host in advance. • Ticket Resale: Reselling tickets is prohibited, except for approved wellness retreats. Drop-off and Decoration Guidelines • Decorations: Confetti, glitter, water balloons, streamers, and strings are prohibited in the pool area. Decorations are allowed; please contact us for more details. We also provide table design services to enhance your event. • Drop-Off Fees: Drop-off fees start at $50. Photo/Video Shoots: • For content creation or productions, provide project details before booking. Fees start at $300/hr. Commercial use or distribution of content created on the premises is prohibited without prior permission. Cleanliness • Clean-Up: Dispose of all garbage or purchase a garbage removal amenity. Kindly leave the space clean after your visit.
