Our studio space offers 775.2 sq ft with 9.10 ft ceilings of creative freedom, designed to meet the diverse demands of photographers, videographers, and content creators. Here's a detailed look at what our studio has to offer: Spacious Studio: Our studio boasts an expansive 775.2 square feet of space including a cyclorama, providing you with the room you need to turn your creative visions into stunning visual realities. Whether you're planning portrait photography sessions, fashion shoots, product photography, or any other type of project, our studio's versatile backdrop accommodates your needs. Also offer a seating lounge area, as well as a kitchen space so that you will have all the space and comfort for your creative team. Convenient Parking: We understand the importance of convenience, especially when you're transporting equipment and props. That's why we offer easy access to parking spaces located at the rear of our studio. This ensures a hassle-free experience for you and your team, allowing for efficient loading and unloading. Changing Room and Makeup Area: Preparing models and talents has never been easier. Our studio features dedicated changing and makeup areas. Thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and well-equipped space with 3 makeup chairs and professional lighting for your subjects to prepare and ensure they look their best before stepping in front of the camera. Flexible Rental Times: We respect your time and scheduling needs. With a minimum rental time of just 2 hours, you have the flexibility to book our studio for both quick sessions and more extensive, full-day shoots. We're here to accommodate your unique requirements. Professional Equipment: At our studio, we provide state-of-the-art lighting equipment as well as wind machines to cater to your specific project requirements. We provide a speaker available to connect to to keep the energy high during your shoots and props around the studio are available to use. Overtime Policy: Overtime is billed at 1.5X your rate in 30 minute increments. Please book accordingly to factor both setup and tear down into your time slot. All furniture and items in the studio will need to be returned to their original placements before you leave. Convenient Location: While our studio is situated on the second floor, access is easy via a staircase. The short climb leads to a creative haven waiting for you, where your artistic aspirations can flourish. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
