About the Space
This expansive and professionally decorated home is just a block from bars and restaurants of 12 South with an open concept area of living, dining and kitchen as well as multiple private outdoor spaces perfect for hosting large groups. Massive and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with 48" gas range and china service for 12. outdoor features include a heated pool with swim up bar, tanning ledge and water slide as well as hot tub, multi sport court, dining space, TV and 8 foot privacy fence. The front of the house has 2 patios with comfortable seating space, privacy with trees surrounding, and park views. The entire primary home, but not a detached space above the garage, is available for use. Equipment and props can be left set up overnight during multiple day shoots.

Excellent experience! I was initially confusing this site with another app so i kept missing the hosts messages at first but we still worked everything out, i think she also got up earlier than planned which was very kind to be able to accommodate us. The house is stunning, the only negative is that i didn't have longer with the photographer. The pictures came out amazing! Thank you for sharing your space <3
