Minimum 3 hours Monday through Thursday with a minimum 6 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This Gas Station is the perfect location to film a podcast, turn into an art gallery, photo shoot, office meeting, bridal shower, birthday party, weekend sale and more! The building is 420 square feet and features huge windows throughout giving it the perfect lighting for video and film. The building is supposedly the first gas station in the State of Washington and the interior has been recently updated to give it the perfect vintage vibe. There is a bathroom and tons of parking available. It is uniquely situated in Historic Downtown Snohomish giving it a great deal of visibility and foot traffic. Building rental comes with 8 parking spaces. Add on the larger lot with 10 additional spaces for $30 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
