About the Space
The Lecture Hall can be used for meetings or for special parties and events. The Lecture Hall accommodates 60 people standing, 40 sitting lecture style, and 15 people seated at tables. Perfect for corporate functions, team meetings, book talks, club meetings, or educational seminars. On-site catering is available, as is free WI-FI, microphones, and A/V hookup for presentations. The rental space is situated in the center of the commercial district of an island, resort community, and two blocks from the beach and ocean.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A vacuum cleaner, trash and recycling bins on Park Place, and photo guide are provided for groups to clean and re-set the Lecture Hall to its default set up at the conclusion of their use. If tables become soiled, groups are responsible for cleaning the tables. Association staff is to be notified if the carpet becomes stained. The Association may charge groups for a special cleaning fee if a group leaves the Lecture Hall dirty.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
