About the Space
Come use our space for your next gathering. We host up to 100 people in our large private yard. We have lots of space, plenty of seating, a large pool. The yard has different sections for options to customize the layout depending on the event such as a jumper, dance area, firepit, kids area, etc. We also have a basketball hoop in our driveway to shot some hoops. Come have your next cookout, birthday party or whatever other festivity in our yard! You can rent in summer, spring, fall or winter. We have lots of great sun and shade. Yard is comfortable enough to seat up to 50 at a time very comfortably. We also have a gazebo mosquito net, a 55 inch TV outdoors, 100 inch screen with projector, karaoke speaker and microphone. Health and Safety Measures
We make sure to clean high touch surfaces between bookings. We clean our pool regularly and have it chemically treated weekly at minimum. There is about a quarter acre of property altogether.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
