About the Space
Beautiful interior and exterior spaces for events with a chic farmhouse country flare. There is a main home and a studio type space to utlize for events. Outdoor events area ideal in the grassy gazebo area. We have had daytime parties and gatherings there. There is a bocce court, outdoor areas to hang out. Full kitchen with all items needed to cook or prep something. There is beautiful morning fog here that comes from the ocean. The light is amazing. Its magical... pastoral look and feel for any event.

We clean between guests and typically the spaces are empty when not in use for movie set.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
