We are a classic car dealership that operates by appointment only. Please DO NOT show up without an appointment for a tour. VEHICLE & SHOWROOM AGREEMENT All renters, event guests, and vendors for the planned event are NOT permitted to touch, sit on, or enter any vehicle in the showroom space. If anyone enters a vehicle without permission from a RM representative or is seen causing damage to a vehicle, they may be asked to leave immediately. If the safety of the vehicles or event space comes into question at any time due to disrespectful or dangerous behavior of event guests, the event is subject to immediate termination with no refund and additional fees may apply. BOOKING RULES ● All booking requests are subject to approval. ● The booked event time shall include any time the renter plans to occupy the space, including set-up and breakdown. ● Retrospect Motorworks will not store event supplies or items before or after the booked event time unless otherwise pre-approved. ● Smoking inside is not allowed. ● For any event with 100 guests or more, the renter is required to hire a professional security service for the duration of the event. ● Our standard max capacity is 150 people. For events with more than 150 people, a restroom trailer rental is required to accommodate the additional guests. ● All vendors must be approved. The renter is required to submit a full list of vendors with contact information at least 7 days prior to the event. If alcohol is being served, a licensed bartending service is required. WHAT'S INCLUDED ● Facilities include a restroom and a fully equipped bar complete with a sink, ice maker, and under-bar refrigerator. ● 2 6ft tables are included in the booking upon request. We have additional tables and chairs available for rent if needed. ● The seating at the bar area is included in the rental. ● 1 large Bluetooth speaker with a microphone is included in the booking upon request. ● Multi-colored lights along the walls behind the cars are included in the booking upon request. ● Black stanchions with red ropes are included in the space to protect the vehicles on display. These are not to be moved/removed unless otherwise approved. Guests/vendors are not allowed behind these ropes at any time. ● The space comes with 3 trash cans downstairs, 2 trash cans upstairs at the bar area, and 1 trash can in the restroom. Extra trash bags are available in the restroom and at the bar area. ● The rental of the showroom space includes the presence of a variety of cars. As we are a fully operational car dealership and restoration shop, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific vehicles for the booked event, however, we will do our best to meet your requests. ● Specific layouts can be requested but not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet your vision! ● Our showroom is climate-controlled and has air conditioning/heat, but we typically only run the AC on high for events when needed. ● Our showroom is equipped with security cameras for the safety of our vehicles. By renting our space and entering our showroom, you are consenting for your event to be recorded by these cameras. ● A staff member will be on-site during the entirety of the event for emergencies or anything that needs to be addressed during your event. They will check in with you upon the completion of your event and make sure all went well! WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED ● Retrospect Motorworks provides a space for events, but we are not event planners. The renter is responsible for all planning and coordination of vendors. ● We do not provide janitorial services (trash removal, spill clean-up, etc.) during your event. ● We will not move any vehicles once the booking time has started. ● We do not provide plastic cups, plates, dishware, etc. ● We do not provide any alcohol. We leave our bar area stocked for display but any alcohol on display is not to be touched or opened by any guest or vendor at any time. ● The office space inside the glass window area is not included in the rental space. CLEANING ● A cleaning fee is included in the booking, and this covers the professional sanitation and cleaning of the facility after the event. ● We provide a cleaning cart upon request as well as a mop/broom as needed for any spills or hazards during the event. ● Guests are not required to sweep/mop the area at the end of the event unless there is a significant mess or hazard that should be addressed. ● All trash should be in one of the trash cans. No trash should be left on the floor, tables, etc. ● Bartending service staff are expected to do their best to clean the bar area of any spills or hazards and to ensure all trash is in the trash cans during and upon completion of the event. ● The renter is responsible for returning the space to a presentable condition at the end of the event (i.e. no major spills or messes, no food or trash left out). If this is not followed, additional fees may apply. ● If the trash needs to be removed from the area at any time, there is a dumpster located in the front of the building in the parking lot.
