About the Space
Our loft-like building offers a creative, customizable space for artists and organizations. Enjoy two floors of open, flexible layout, high ceilings, abundant natural light, and exposed wooden beams for creative projects (video, photos), workshops, events, and meetings. Enhance your rental with upgraded lighting and AV equipment. Your imagination is the only limitation. For convenience, we offer basic wifi access, spacious bathroom, air conditionining and heating, mini fridge, conference room, and flexible catering. We are located just 30 minutes from downtown Boston and 10 minutes from Salem.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space and the host were awesome. It was a clean and spacious location that worked very well for our film shoot. Parking and loading in and out were quite easy as well. Jonas was there to show us around in the morning and was very friendly and responsive over text.

This space was perfect for our video production. Having two floors to work with really helps create versatile scenes. We loved having use of the different furniture, plants, and conference rooms. Jonas was an excellent host and provided us with everything we could need. Highly recommend this space! We will definitely be booking again!

This was a great space. Very clean, spacious, and organized. I was able to host a group photo shoot with local creatives, and the space made all of us very comfortable. Definitely coming back.

This studio was perfect! I used it to film some video content and it was amazing. Very versatile with different areas to shoot in (all looking great). Street noise was minimal, host was very kind and accommodating! I'll definitely be back!
