About the Space
Welcome to the studio! *The Christmas tree will be up and available November 1st - end of December* This versatile natural light photography studio is located in Clive, IA. With 4 rooms with varying decor styles, this can be your perfect space for personal branding, headshots, small families or boudoir sessions! The Space - Front room - bright white paint with accent wall and white and gold furniture accents. - Jewel living room - a smaller room with earth tones, marble, and emerald accents. - Bedroom - Boho textures on one side, black accent wall and faux greenery on the other. - The flex room - meeting space, can be used as is, or use the seamless paper mount system to switch out the looks for headshot clients. **This room does not have natural light, so please plan to bring lighting if you wish to use it.** There is a coffee/tea/water bar and a TV w/ HDMI hookup for showcasing your images. For makeup artists looking to use the space for trials or hair and makeup bookings, there is a vanity and a comfy director's chair rated up to 300lbs as well. FAQs Parking? Yes! There is parking available right outside the door of our studio! Please note the studio is on the second floor and there is no ramp available. Best Lighting Time? Our studio’s windows are North and South facing depending on which room you're utilizing and create lovely diffused lighting from about 10am - 3pm. Furniture Available? Yes! Anything in our designated accessory/furniture area is available for you to use! Score! This includes a bed, various chairs, sofa, and a variety of stools. Do You Have Lighting Equipment? We do not! This natural light studio provides you with plenty of natural light to shoot with the exception of the seamless paper room, but you are welcome to bring any equipment you feel necessary! ***It is important to note that since there is no lockbox on property, I will be present for all rentals, working quietly in either the back room you won't be utilizing which can be closed off for privacy.*** *Please keep in mind this is a working boudoir studio, so there is modest wall art and albums including women in various states of undress displayed. Please indicate in your booking notes if there will be minor clients present during your session, and some of the wall-art can be moved.*

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
