-5-hour minimum (Suggested time frame: 1 hour set up, 3-hour event, 1 hour clean up time)
-No complimentary time is given. Book your reservation according to hours of occupancy to include set up and clean up.

DECOR RULES
- No drilling/hammering on the walls or ceilings (use stick and pull - no damage to walls)
- NO confetti or Glitter/confetti balloons (will result in forfeiting deposit)
CLEANING EXPECTATIONS
- Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including; decor, balloons, food, drinks, boxes and all trash including bathroom trash)
- Put trash inside the dumpster in the parking lot
- We provide trash bags and two large trash cans
AVAILABILITY
- We book several events on weekends. Sometimes events are booked back to back.
- We sanitize and clean between events.
- Please book your reservation with enough time to set up and clean up. 6-7 hours is recommended if you are decorating heavily
