About the Space

Why spend an exorbitant amount on a commercial or big name venue when you can celebrate your event in an artistic private garden? With several unique seating area options, this is the perfect spot for 8 to 100 guests. This backyard is the perfect space to host a variety of special occasions, such as, birthdays, receptions, post-event celebrations, business and corporate meetings, and team building. For a small, cozy event: we have the "Moosita", our open, rustic casita with fire place, authentic vintage doors from Mexico, Moose antler chandelier, fireplace, eclectic furniture and cozy feel. If you want a super small event in the Moosita, please contact for pricing information (it will be less than the listing). For larger events: there is a large turf lawn for canopy tents, market lighting, huge gas fire pit, and a large patio. Or, for even larger celebrations make use of the poolside seating and second turf area complete with day-bed for relaxation and conversation. All of these spaces are connected by inviting , illuminated pathways and beautiful surrounding mature trees and horticulture. Other amenities include a 9ft live edge redwood slab bar which can be set up in different places, patio heaters, umbrellas, patio table set, BBQ, foldable 6ft tables, 10x20 pop up canopy tent, optional bridge over the pool, 6ft built in gas fire pit, day-bed by the pool, driftwood garden arch, tiki torches, side access pathway to the yard from the driveway, access to bathrooms within the home, large side yard for staging and catering setup. We have enough seating for a casual eating experience for 60. We have enough seating for formal sit down for 25. The difference is casual dining includes bistro tables, coffee tables, and patio furniture. If you require more seating, you will have to rent or coordinate with your caterer. The kitchen in the main home is available for event catering staff. The master suite is available as a place for changing or preparatory space for guest of honor and family. For smaller events under 30 people, owners have professional catering experience that can be provided. Need a photographer? Owners can provide professional event photography services. Due to courtesy of our neighbors we are not allowing live bands at this time. Only acoustic music with small amp and Bluetooth speaker music. We do not allow pool/swimming parties of any type. Health and Safety Measures

All bathrooms will be sanitized, fresh towels, disposable towels, and will be checked periodically during the event. All outdoor furniture will be cleaned/vacuumed and hard surfaces sanitized If kitchen is needed by caterers, the counters will be cleared and sanitized.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
