Singular destination for hosting a wide range of events, all within one exquisite space. We cater to all types of events: Birthday parties, wedding receptions, dance studio, photography studio, baby showers, meeting hall, networking events, pop up shops, private dinners and more. The space has 2 restrooms, a kitchenette, & a multipurpose room

Stand alone building with 40+ parking spaces
General Rules
Outside vendors are allowed
No smoking in building
If serving alcohol must have licensed bartender
all event must end by midnight
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security camera on the outside of the building as well as in the inside view the entire open space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned before & after all bookings. Disinfecting wipes & hand sanitizer is provided for all events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
