East Nashville historic home with a roomy renovation and artsy vibe

This nearly 100 year old East Nashville craftsman sits on a quiet neighborhood street close to nearby restaurants and Five Points. In a historic zone, this home and it's surroundings have the classic craftsman bungalow vibe, but with a surprisingly roomy interior, open concept kitchen and living area, breakfast nook with charming hand painted wall "paper," and adjacent screened porch alongside a stone patio. My home has been used as the set for two short films, as well as board meetings, and dinner parties for up to 75 people. The large kitchen and living area flow into the porch and outdoor spaces, making it a welcoming place for events where people are getting to know each other, such as networking events or the opening dinner to a conference. The front room boasts a unique art space that welcomes collaborative creation or can be arranged to display materials for an educational event or training. For filming or photo shoots, the whole home can be used. For meetings or parties, the bottom floor is available, which is approximately 1800 square feet.
