About Trailr Park Studios
We are a 3,500 sq ft warehouse studio catering to local videographers and photographers. We encourage all types of genres to film here. We invite all photographers and their clients to book a session with us. We offer a variety of sets like a hospital room set, jail cell set, green screen Cyc wall, white Cyc wall, bank vault set, light bulb set and we provide professional LED RGB Lighting.

🧼 Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously so every guest has a fresh experience: The studio is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. High-touch areas (doors, light switches, props, furniture) are sanitized regularly. Linens and fabrics are washed every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage. This helps us maintain a safe, professional environment for all productions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
